When you get an erection, blood flows into your penis and is temporarily trapped there, creating pressure in the surrounding chambers that causes your penis to expand. If you’d like to take Cialis® for erectile dysfunction, you’ve got two options: You can take a higher-dose Cialis® tablet on an as-needed basis (only when you want to have sex), or you can take a lower-dose Cialis® tablet every day (so you can have sex at any time).
